Welcome, 2015!

Well folks, it's almost 2015 here in sunny (freezing) Seattle and I couldn't let it pass without a brief NYE post!

This year has brought a lot of change & growth for me personally and for Betty and I can't be more grateful for all that has happened in 2014. The ups and downs alike have offered opportunities and resulted in some awesome times! 

In 2015 I hope to bring you all the same awesome projects, recipes, interviews, and sass you've come to expect and even more! Hopefully a little classier look and even better photos are on their way along with some great new features like movie and book reviews, cocktail of the month and a monthly roundup to keep you posted on how my graduate studies are going.

Just to wet your whistle a little... I present to you the Pear Champagne Cocktail!


January's cocktail of the month will be the Champagne cocktail and I hope to offer you tips on the classic version along with a few twists, so stay tuned!
